Adult Near Vision proportionally spaced acuity cards for the the Self Illuminated Viewer. This lit up display are individual cards which are available in the following optotypes; LEA SYMBOLS®, LEA NUMBERS®, Sloan Letters, Tumbling E and Amsler Grid. Line sizes range from 20/250 to 20/10 (6/75 to 6/3) equivalent.

Testing distance is 16"/40cm. Cards measure 6" x 4" (15.3 x 10.2 cm), screen printed and clear coated for long durability.
