Near vision screening features LEA SYMBOLS® with two lines of linear-spaces optotypes in the following size equivalents: 20/200, 20/40 and 20/32. Near vision portion also contains 2 columns of proportionally spaced characters with size equivalents of 20/50 to 20/16.

Chart measures 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm). Chart set includes overlay, flash cards and response panel.
