Self Illuminating Near and Distance Viewer Kit

Self Illuminated Near Cards has an LED backlit display that standardizes illumination and lights up LEA SYMBOLS®, LEA NUMBERS® and Sloan symbols. There is no need to bring over a lamp for the patient to read the card. This assessment chart is well protected in a rubberized sure grip frame and allows for easy change of near vision cards for an effective way to view adult distance charts.

This kit includes:

• Self Illuminating Viewer

• Near Vision Illuminated charts with Sloan Letters, LEA SYMBOLS, and LEA NUMBERS with optotypes ranging from 20/250 to 20/10 (6/75 to 6/3) equivalent. Testing distance is 16"/40cm.

• Distance Vision Illuminated charts with Sloan Letters and LEA NUMBERS with optotypes ranging from 20/63 to 20/20 (6/19 to 6/6) equivalent. Testing distance is 10'/3m.

Illuminated Viewer measures 7.75 x 5.75 with a 5.75 x 3.75" viewing area. Lightweight with a rubberized sure-grip frame, is powered by either 4 AAA batteries, an AC power adapter or USB cable hooked up to a computer.
