LEA NUMBERS® standardized near vision adult chart for illuminated cabinet. This light box displays 2 charts printed on one card for repetitive testing. Chart has LEA NUMBERS in ETDRS format with proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines; line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent. Chart fits in Quantum Series, Model A+ and Model A illuminated cabinets. Chart size is 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm).
